If we need to cancel the conference due to Covid-19 restrictions, we will either refund your registration fee in full, or we will transfer your place to the next London International Eating Disorders Conference - that will be your choice!

If you choose to attend in-person, registration rates below include:

Entrance to all sessions, refreshments and lunch, evening drinks and networking receptions, certificates of accreditation, conference documentation, access to session recordings on-demand for a period of 6 months.

If you choose to attend online-only, registration rates below include:

Access to the sessions which will be live streamed online, ability to ask questions of the presenters, certificates of accreditation, access to session recordings on-demand for a period of 6 months.

Cancellation Policy

  • Completing the online registration process constitutes a firm booking.
  • Written cancellations received more than 6 weeks prior to the date of the conference will be accepted and a refund of 90% will be given
  • Refund requests received after this time will not be eligible for refund or cancellation of invoice, irrespective of whether the delegate attends the conference. Substitute delegates will be accepted.
