Confirmation of booking

All bookings will be confirmed by email, unless otherwise stated. Please contact us if you have not received your confirmation 5-7 days after submitting your booking.


Cancellation policy

Please note that if you need to cancel your place, we will issue a refund less 10% adminstration fee if we receive cancellation in writing before 6 weeks prior to the event (8th February 2017). After this date, no refunds can be given.
